Matthew Franson is an associate at Reilly, Janiczek & McDevitt’s New Jersey office. He focuses his practice in the areas of product liability, mass tort litigation, premise liability, and appeals. Prior to joining RJM, he was an associate at a prominent plaintiffs firm in Monmouth County, New Jersey. Previously, he was also a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Paul A. Kapalko, J.S.C.
Matthew is a graduate of Rutgers Law School. While in law school, he was on the Dean’s List and obtained First Year Honors. Matthew was also an Articles Editor on the Rutgers Law Journal and a participant on Rutgers’ moot court competition. He also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Eduardo C. Robreno of the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania, where he focused his work on asbestos litigation.
